At OMD World Imaging (M) Sdn Bhd, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our policy applies to all purchases made through our online store while protecting both customer rights and our business integrity unless otherwise stated.
General Terms
- All goods sold are FINAL and are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE, and NON-EXCHANGEABLE, unless they fall under the conditions listed below and receive prior written approval.
- To request a return, refund, or exchange, please email us at sales@omdworldimaging.com within the eligible time frame.
- OMD World Imaging reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request at our sole discretion.
Return & Exchange Eligibility (Online Purchases within Malaysia)
- You must notify us within 7 working days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by courier tracking).
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, in new condition, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or tax invoice.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their cost.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective upon receipt:
- Consumable or wear-and-tear items (e.g. filters, cleaning tools, chemicals, films).
- Free gift items or promotional bundles.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Pre-order or custom-ordered products.
Defective or Damaged Goods
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us immediately with photo proof.
- A One-to-One Exchange will be provided only after We Receive and Inspect the returned item.
- If the replacement item is out of stock, we will:
- Recommend an equivalent product, or
- Offer a full refund upon request.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
- We reserve the right to reject refund claims where:
- The item has been used, damaged by misuse, or returned incomplete.
- The request is made after the 7 working days window without valid reason.

Shipping for Returns

- Unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
- We do not refund original shipping charges, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
- We only reimburse return shipping via local courier services (e.g., Poslaju, GD Express, CITY-LINK).
International couriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) are not reimbursed. - We are not liable for any loss or damage during return shipping — please use a tracked and insured courier.
International Orders
- All international orders are considered final.
- Due to high shipping costs and customs processes, we do not accept international returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
